Participated in analysis of the client’s requirements, participated in user research (interviews, card sorting, tree testing) to understand user needs and identify opportunities, wireframed and pitched solutions to stakeholders, participated in usability testing to validate and improve design concepts, completed detailed visual design, worked with developers to implement designs into prototypes and production-ready code, performed cross-browser testing

Worked directly with internal customers across the Bureau to design banners, pamphlets, reports, forms, and a variety of print and multimedia projects; communicated the value of both design in general and specific design decisions to clients

Evolved and maintained the CFPB brand; collaborated on a style guide which defines the CFPB’s design standards

Encouraged collaboration within the graphic design team: initiated weekly graphic design critiques, helped instigate monthly branding meetings, co-planned and ran a graphic design workshop to allow our remote team to design collaboratively in person on the CFPB brand
